All very short and sweet for the potential final test run for Britannia. following on from its light loaded run home from The Severn Valley Railway to Crewe, the Brit was kept in steam overnight and was to head round on LSL test circuit from Crewe to Crewe via Chester and Shrewsbury. The first three angles capture 70000 making good headway at walcot on the approach to Wellington. Ten minutes prior, we were sheltering away from heavy rain and gusty winds but thankfully it cleared pretty quickly. The final location was at Heamies farm north of Stafford, where 70000 is seen pelting through the rain as it comes off the slow line diversion and rejoins the WCML, the last scene is very short due to us arriving late to the location and having minimal time to setup.
