Officers from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) pulled over individuals on suspicion of Boating Under the Influence (BUI). The individual in this video was charge with: DUI-UNLAW BLD ALCH - BUI INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS and refused a blood alcohol test.
