If your electric gate has stopped working there is probably a good chance it's the same fault as shown being fixed in this video. These gate motors are made by NICE and the motor is type ME3000.
Like a lot of electronics failures, very often the capacitors are to blame. It's a cheap fix for these gate motors at a cost of about 1/100th of the cost of a new motor. The capacitors can be bought on Amazon uk: amzn.to/2pSbreG
Look for these keywords for European / uk specification: Polypropylene Film AC Motor Run Capacitor 10uF 450V
For USA motors the values will be different so look up your uF value and voltage that are on the old ones and look for the same, here's a good start on
