What's up Geekly Goods fam! 👀 Check out this first look at Teagan Croft and Milo Manheim as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider in Disney's upcoming live-action Tangled, officially revealed at D23, along with the movie's title logo and a confirmed March 31st, 2028 theatrical release.
The footage opened with Rapunzel's iconic long blonde hair stretching across the ground before the camera moved up to reveal Croft in full costume, wearing that signature purple dress fans know so well. And of course I had to get a first look at Kathryn Hahn as Mother Gothel too, and she is fully channeling menacing villain energy here. Hahn actually spoke on stage about the role, calling Gothel "the best kind of villain," someone who genuinely believes she's the hero of her own story. Croft and Manheim couldn't attend in person since they're currently filming on location in Spain, but they sent a video message straight from set.
