This trip to Speke's Mill Mouth Waterfall in Devon was filmed this summer, during one of my adventures with a mate of mine.

This was the first time I used my new Insta360 camera, so I wanted to test it out.

I am not sure if the right term is gorge walking, canyoning or ghyll scrambling but either way we climbed down the waterfall and along the amazing rocky beach! We also swam in the sea which was pretty cold!

In the footage you will see me swinging an iron ball. This was kindly given to me as a gift by Mike Simpson. For those familiar with Indian clubs it is swung in much the same way and is very similar to poi but just much heavier. The canyon ball weighs approximately 3kg so can be quite a challenge to swing, particularly on rocky terrain!
