This is part two of two videos about turning movements in Aikido.

In this video Sensei Paul Lowing demonstrates the use of Tai Sabaki throughout several techniques. The clips show a side and overhead elevated view of the some Aikido techniques with pauses to see weight distribution throughout the body movement. Look out for the common theme that appears in all these techniques.
