You need that common Dragon Fang steal for level manipulation to get Level 5 Death. (You can rarely steal them from Mini Dragons near Istory, but designing a semi-consistent farming set-up at this point, while possible, is frankly not worth it.)
Last chance to grab first-world exclusives (and stuff unavailable until the third). Remember to steal Mythril Swords from Ice Soldiers in Walse Castle for some good cash before you leave.

Or you can just break Fire Rods/throw Flame Scrolls before she formchanges (put her to sleep first; effectively a coin-flip). Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Melusine](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/g22I4lhgY0Y/mqdefault.jpg)

Good ol Masamune initiative. Berserk it with a mix, because that 95% magic evasion ensures casting the spell isnt worth it. For extra safety, use Dark Cannon (Blitzshot + Ash; Apanda always drops the latter) for a flat 75% chance of blinding it.
(Honestly not difficult once you get around the Tidal Wave noob trap. Unless youre playing a challenge where such is impossible or otherwise impractical.) Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Shinryu](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/g3y36MKenV0/mqdefault.jpg)

In this cave area are monsters with the best mixing reagents as common steals: Great Dragon (Dragon Fang); Acheron (Turtle Shell); Orukat (Dark Matter). Definitely get those.
(And Omegas not difficult, guys, who are you kidding.) Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Omega](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gO39RJi_mSg/mqdefault.jpg)

This _is_ required, but thankfully not nearly as annoying as the Little Chariots. Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Gobbledygook](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gQwG6ow6x34/mqdefault.jpg)

But why isnt he dragon-type? (If youre playing a non-GBA version, youll want to keep a Dragon Fang for this battle to make him so [ie. for Apollos Harp].) Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Bahamut](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gpTmmR_8Txk/mqdefault.jpg)

Random Garulas near the tower do nothing but flee on their fourth turn; you can use them for (slow-but-sure) ABP grinding. Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Garula](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/hCoKfupcaDo/mqdefault.jpg)

Thats a bit too on the nose. (ie. hidden and έρεβος darkness)
A grand trine (Grand Deltas original name) refers to an equilateral-triangle formation of three celestial bodies in the celestial sphere (on its own, trine is just a fancy synonym for trio, triple, etc.). If you missed it, you can get Hidon to respawn by talking to Gungho again (12.5% chance each time, repeatable). Final Fantasy VI [PC] - Hidon](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/h_ww-jUh0to/mqdefault.jpg)
