In this cave area are monsters with the best mixing reagents as common steals: Great Dragon (Dragon Fang); Acheron (Turtle Shell); Orukat (Dark Matter). Definitely get those.
(And Omega's not difficult, guys, who are you kidding.)

![Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Gobbledygook
This _is_ required, but thankfully not nearly as annoying as the Little Chariots. Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Gobbledygook](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gQwG6ow6x34/mqdefault.jpg)

![Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Bahamut
But why isnt he dragon-type? (If youre playing a non-GBA version, youll want to keep a Dragon Fang for this battle to make him so [ie. for Apollos Harp].) Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Bahamut](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gpTmmR_8Txk/mqdefault.jpg)
![Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Garula
Random Garulas near the tower do nothing but flee on their fourth turn; you can use them for (slow-but-sure) ABP grinding. Final Fantasy V [PC] (LLG 2/1/1/4) - Garula](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/hCoKfupcaDo/mqdefault.jpg)
![Final Fantasy VI [PC] - Hidon
Thats a bit too on the nose. (ie. hidden and έρεβος darkness)
A grand trine (Grand Deltas original name) refers to an equilateral-triangle formation of three celestial bodies in the celestial sphere (on its own, trine is just a fancy synonym for trio, triple, etc.). If you missed it, you can get Hidon to respawn by talking to Gungho again (12.5% chance each time, repeatable). Final Fantasy VI [PC] - Hidon](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/h_ww-jUh0to/mqdefault.jpg)

![Final Fantasy VI [PC] - Kaiser Dragon
Kaiser, the most infamous dummied monster of the SNES version, was probably intended to be available after defeating the eight dragons. This particular version is completely new; the dummy is still in the GBA coding, and remains unused.
One Barrier Change = one life (five lives total, 65,500 HP each); it changes to the next one when depleted of health or when it next Barrier Changes (every 30 ticks before its final phase). Throw up your defences and wait (and heal as needed) until its fifth Barrier Change before you attack (preferably with non-elemental defence-ignoring attacks). You WILL need Ribbons for Mind Blast in the final phase, so if it uses Cloudy Heaven, reset. (Addendum: I havent tried this, but you could theoretically bypass its attacks in its first four phases with the Quick trick as seen in the Red Dragon video. Could be useful in the Soul Shrine.) ![Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster - Scarmiglione
Insert I was just pretending! joke here…when your super-duper-ultimate-true form takes LESS effort to beat than the weaker one, yeah Im gonna say youre retarded.
(Yes, you can just use the Elixir [from Damcyan] on him for an instant kill, but thats a) boring and b) FAR more useful elsewhere than an X-Potion. But Im sure veghbot will bring it up anyway…) Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster - Scarmiglione](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ibN8kX49_SQ/mqdefault.jpg)
