Fikret Amirov (1922-1984) was an Azerbaijani composer considered one of his country's most significant national figures. Although he wrote prolifically in a variety of styles, Amirov is perhaps most notable for combining mugham, an Azerbaijani multi-part musical and poetic practice consisting of improvisation in different modes, with the European symphonic tradition, creating a new genre called "symphonic mugham".
"Shur", composed in 1948, is the first of Amirov's works written in this style, exemplifying the above-mentioned characteristics of mugham along with highly skillful and varied orchestration.
Please note the repeat signs and first and second endings in several places. In addition, the section from 15:22 to 16:33 is played twice, although I cannot find any such indication in this score.
The score is available from IMSLP here, under "Shur": imslp.org/wiki/Category:Amirov%2C_Fikret
