La Feria de Abril, una de las grandes celebraciones de la primavera sevillana, se inauguró el 18 de abril de 1847 y hoy es uno de los eventos más emblemáticos de la ciudad. El recinto ferial se articula en torno a dos elementos principales: sus más de mil casetas, reconocibles por su tradicional pañoleta, y la portada, símbolo de la Feria que cada año sorprende con un diseño diferente.

Durante más de 50 años, las estructuras de las casetas y de la portada se han ejecutado mediante sistemas tradicionales de tubos y abrazaderas. Este año, el proceso ha evolucionado con la introducción del Andamio Multidireccional BRIO, una solución innovadora que ha permitido mejorar la seguridad, optimizar la logística y reducir casi en un 50% el tiempo de montaje de las estructuras del recinto ferial.

The April Fair, one of the major celebrations of spring in Seville, was inaugurated on 18 April 1847 and is now one of the city’s most emblematic events. The fair site is organised around two main elements: its more than one thousand marquees, recognisable by their traditional striped canvas, and the entrance arch, the symbol of the Fair, which surprises each year with a different design.
For more than 50 years, the structures of both the marquees and the entrance arch have been built using traditional tube-and-coupler systems. This year, the process has evolved with the introduction of the BRIO Multidirectional Scaffolding system, an innovative solution that has improved safety, optimised logistics and reduced the assembly time of the fairground structures by almost 50%.
