LOCATION: HWY59 above Alabama St
AREA/CITY: Houston
DETAILS:
According to HPD LT Horelica at approximately 1:04am a call came in regarding a crash.
Upon arrival of HPD and HFD, they found a male unconscious and unresponsive in a Jeep.
HFD pronounced the male deceased on scene.
Preliminary details indicates the driver was driving too fast in the rain and he lost control and crashed.
He was not wearing a seatbelt.
There were no signs of intoxication.
Unable to get sound from VCD. LT said they are a few hours out and have not arrived on scene yet.
