5.11.2026 / By Meir / MIDWOOD, Brooklyn - At around 6:30 pm, protesters organized by PAL-AWDA gathered at Young Israel of Midwood against an Israeli real estate event that was taking place there. Pro-Israel counterprotesters were present, and the NYPD attempted to keep the two apart via barricades. Scuffles broke out, and the NYPD made a few arrests from both sides. The protesters then marched around the nearby blocks, finishing at the Q train station at Ave H & East 15th Street at around 10 pm. SRG was not seen at the protest.
