NYPD officers work the scene at 2158 Aqueduct Avenue East where a 23-year-old woman was fatally shot to the head, Bronx, New York, USA, May 28, 2026. Thursday morning at approximately 12:12 am police responded to the area and discovered the 23-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the head. Officials transported the woman to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
