Here I have a clock that is still running well and just want to Deep Clean the case and oil the clock. I just bought this clock and it needs some minor adjustments to the pendulum area. Also straighten the hands and get some new Glass for the door. A big thanks to my brother Bob Anderson for cutting the glass and using the glass grinder to smooth the edges of the glass and make the glass fit like it should. As long as your clock is still running, you should oil the clock every 5 to 7 years to keep the oil loose and fresh. With age, the oil will start to gum up and need the new oil to loosen the old oil and keep you clock running. If you have an open clock, like a cuckoo clock, you should get a can of air and blow out the dust before you oil the movement.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challange of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
