Over the years I've been asked to rip all of the voice clips from Evolution Skateboarding, the tricky part about it is that PSound doesn't seem to scan and covert any of the voice clips due to the extra data added between each track, which the game uses to tell the sample rate and the length in sectors.
All of the voice tracks are located in the "voice01.bin" file and the sample rate of each track is 22000hz, with the exception of the first "GOOO!" clip which is located inside WaveData.bin and its sample rate is 16000hz.
Ripped from the PS2 NTSC-U version.
NOTE:
The video has been exported to 480p because otherwise the size of the video would have been either 7gb or 12gb due to its length, fortunately it doesn't matter much since the audio quality doesn't seem to be affected much.
