Comic Con Stockholm takes place twice per year, in May and in November. And in case you're confused about what date it is, this was of course the May edition - Comic Con Stockholm Summer. As usual the place is packed with geek merchandise, talks, competitions, events, and a lot more.
Oh, and also tons and tons of cosplay!
I talked to cosplayers and visitors, to Gunnar from Gunnars filmsnack, and to a Fatui intern who dared complain about their job. And I said hi to the podcast Superhjälteklubben, I checked out the Marvel / DC Meetup, and I participated in the cosplay parade.
There was also a world reveal of Trollheim, a new fantasy franchise with figures and a game and a lot more. And if you were unlucky you could also end up being beaten up by pro wrestlers. It's all fun and games, though!
Something new for this year was an outdoors food court which was a great idea, and there were also Kpop dance performances...that I unfortunately missed. Sorry! There was simply so much to see and do! Like meet furries and therians, listen to lectures, and a Q&A with Jennifer English and Aliona Baranova (from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Baldur's Gate 3). Oh, and I almost forgot about the cosplay competition too.
I think you'll just have to check out the video to see everything that happened!
