Video Description: Evelyn, dressed all in black, is stood behind a wooden table, upon which rests a Schlagwerk Infinity Gong, Earth tone. In front of the gong - which is a long, aluminium tube, suspended from two nodules on a wooden stand - is a silver clock to show the passage of time. Behind Evelyn, we can see some of the 3,800+ percussion instruments from The Evelyn Glennie Collection. She strikes the gong to see how long it will sound for, as a member of her office team adds occasional comments off camera. Evelyn can feel the vibrations long after her office team member stops hearing the gong. It stops being audible after around two minutes ten seconds, but continues to vibrate to around five minutes and fifteen seconds - which Evelyn and her office team member think is 'a very long time!'.
