In this episode of my abandoned building renovation, we are framing the kitchen and the garage. This renovation is taking longer than I hoped, and I had planned to save this footage of framing the kitchen and garage using metal studs for when I do videos on the full build outs in those areas. But, we are still waiting on the city to respond with the dates for the electrical and plumbing inspections (the good news is we passed the HVAC inspection, and have the framing/structural inspection on the books for next week). So I made the most of the waiting time and got some editing done, and decided to release this video as a sneak peak into what is to come for the kitchen and garage. Enjoy!
