In the 12th episode of my abandoned building renovation, we replace the windows and siding in the penthouse room, install HVAC ducts, do more framing, and talk about the roadmap moving forward into 2021.

Also, as I say in the video, happy new year everyone! And thank you all for the amazing support in 2020. Despite it being a heckuva year... you all made it one that changed my life for the better! We are getting close to that point where the renovation will start moving more quickly, and just like a lot of you, I can't wait to get to that point!
