The 100g block contains 450kcals and has all the electrolytes you need to keep you replenished for a short time, and is very nice as a snack. This option is described as being like cookie dough, but is just like a regular crumbly biscuit, and has a nice buttery sweet flavour. You'll have to wait a long time to see if it still tastes good after 20 years though.
