Part 37B - Beginning of the Seventh Sanctuary Cave to just before the boss battle

With only one attack that inflicts significant damage, the Electro Specter is one of the easiest Sanctuary Bosses in the game. It's protected by a reflecting PSI Shield from the start of the fight, so use Jeff's Neutralizer or Shield Killer to eliminate it before using PSI attacks.
Notes:
0:22 - Ness gets homesick during the boss fight, but the Sanctuary Spot cures him.
My rules for this walkthrough:
1. I don't use Big/Multi Bottle Rockets because I think they make the game too easy. My hope is that not using Bottle Rockets will give you a better sense of what each boss is like and make these videos more interesting.
2. I avoid level grinding as much as possible. I point out when I think I'm under-leveled.
