I call this v.2 because akheon and Kazooie posted another way to cloud clip a long time ago:

I honestly can't find a good use for this glitch. The Galaxy Generator example in the video is extremely difficult to do and it probably doesn't even save any time. The last example is just to show that Mario gets stuck if you try to jump away from the planet.
