In this setup I'm not using a power supply and only harvesting from environment.
If this setup is placed in high voltage electric field, I think the result would be very nice :)
The IGBT used is GW30N120KD, if you look at the datasheet it has very fast switching speeds.
The switching off takes the longest and if you calculate that it''s around 2Mhz that max is possible, the switching on is faster and that should go to 4Mhz (I'm not a specialist in this, I can interprete the datasheet wrong so please look into it for yourself, however you can see in the video 1.5Mhz works fine)
Scope is not Earth grounded and has 1:1 transformer in the power supply.
