I read in a document ( http://alexfrolov.narod.ru/s-wire.htm ) that there´s a difference on influence to the source if you use sine wave or pulses for the one wire. Because my NST was not a proper sine wave, I tried to build one. The result is shown in the video.
This setup is not really one wire because even when spark gap is not firing, the diode makes a connection. However as you can see when spark gap is not firing, the trumpet wave builds up until 6KV and then the spark gap fires and things repeat themself.
Earth ground current is still very low on average.I need to find high induction low impedance to get that current flow higher. Current flow is now only peak 86mV during trumpet wave build up, divided by 8 gives 10mA.
This setup is just a start to study things.
It´s nice to see the trumpet wave.

The recuperation of the spike after mosfet switch of, is not necessary for the trumpet wave, only the high lighted part of the circuit and the fact that the rest of the circuit is floating in reference to Earth ground.
