Squaring up a big chunk of POM and milling it to dimensions …

We have the levers, we have the shafts and we have the side parts (links below). Now it’s time to tackle the central body, which houses the electronics and gives the side parts something to be attached to.
After a quick overview over the detailed drawing of the body we put our POM stock into the milling machine. We’ll work on pairs of opposite faces to get each pair first squared up and then down to dimensions. And we’ll drill four 5mm holes too.
