If you are looking for a beige combination that is soft and has a gorgeous texture, try working together DROPS Alpaca 2020, light nougat with DROPS Kid-Silk 01, off white and DROPS Soft Tweed 22, marble dreams. Our knitted sample has a knitting tension of about 14 stitches = 10 cm using 6 mm needles, which is a perfect fit for patterns in knitting tension group 15 - 14 stitches.
Remember however that knitting/crochet tension varies from person to person and that the suggested needle/hook size is only a guide. You can adjust the size to get a different tension - or match the tension recommended in the pattern you are working with. Just make a swatch!
