Strength + Playing Sport is not enough to develop the unique physical qualities that underpin athletic performance.

📊 We know this objectively.

There is a moderate shared variance between strength qualities like dynamic max strength and explosive strength.

🏋🏽‍♂️ And there's a low shared variance between max strength and reactive strength like fast SSC Plyometrics.

This means they need to be trained independently.

💪🏼 Getting strong is not enough.
