Plyometric Training adaptations take time.
🗓️ Specifically:
~8 weeks to see changes in muscle preactivation.
~3 months to see changes in tendon stiffness.
4+ months to see reduced neuromuscular inhibition.
We can't train a 4 or 6 week block of plyometrics and expect to see full results.
