Michael Waldron, creator of the massively popular Loki and Screenwriter of the equally massive Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness sat down for an interview to talk about just how big the Marvel Cinematic Universe can get.
Waldron is having a massive year, as he also created the Wrestling Family Drama 'Heels' on Starz Network. Both Heels and Loki has been picked up for a second season, so the writer is going to be extremely busy. He started on NBC's 'Community' working with the creative force known as Dan Harmon, but now finds himself working not only with Marvel, but with the great director Sam Raimi.
In this #MichaelWaldronInterview, we find out what the writer brings to #DoctorStrange and the #MultiverseofMadness. The film opens a universe that Waldron helped pry open in Loki, as the Multiverse expands at an exponential rate. In the film, Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) casts a forbidden spell that opens the doorway to the multiverse, including alternate versions of himself, whose threat to humanity is too great for the combined forces of Strange, Wong (Benedict Wong) and Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen).
During the interview, Waldron talks about how he made Loki the hit it was, who he might bring into the MCU, and what we can expect from season 2 of the show, and Doctor Strange 2.
