Why These Dirty Potatoes are a Must-Try!
These dirty potatoes are incredibly delicious, with a perfectly crispy outside and a creamy, soft interior. The cheese on top adds a rich layer, while the herb and spice mix makes every bite a delight. They’re great for dipping in yogurt, too!
The name “dirty potatoes” comes from a fancy hotel I stayed at in Bali. They were so good I had to recreate them at home! While these aren’t an exact replica, they deliver that same irresistible flavour.
