In this video, I show you all the settings on the Delonghi La Specialista Opera EC9555, which is my favorite semiautomatic machine from Delonghi. We first go over the obvious things like grinding time, dose, temperature and drink selection. Then, we enter the menu and learn how to set the "extra grinding range", water hardness, and standby time. Finally, I show you how to program the perfect volumetric shot.
