In this video, we try to brew a Bialetti Mokapot brew with milk instead of water. I've been asked this question more than once, so now it's time to do the experiment. To my surprise, the unit DID actually brew with milk, although it left of course a very sticky residue to the bottom of the brew chamber. There is also danger of the filter basket getting clogged, or even worse maybe the safety valve. Therefore, this cannot be recommended.
