The end of October, 2024, took KULT News to Redlands, California, by way of Death Valley. We found some rude and ignorant bank employees and public servants and, as usual, had the cops called on us.
Would the responding officer be as rude as the folks that called them?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
