Over 30 mysterious deaths happened on the island of Koh Tao, considered by some as the tropical paradise, but by others as the seriously dangerous Death Island, owned by the mafia family. I went to Koh Tao as a solo female traveler and today I share with you my experience, thoughts, and travel guide from this tropical paradise in Thailand, with a very dark history. The crime investigations on Koh Tao still remain unsolved, however, I came to Koh Tao with an open mind, just like I always do when I solo travel to a new place.
