Welcome to Day 20 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being ACKNOWLEDGE. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like turtle, deer, seated twist and half shoelace.

The "Flexible Body, Flexible Mind" 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required.
