Good morning, thank you for joining me! Let's begin our day with a little bit of mindful movement. I promise there's so much we can get done in just 10 minutes and yoga can really be the best way to start your day. This 10 minute morning yoga class will stretch and strengthen you from head to toe. It's a beginner to intermediate yoga sequence so wonderful for those of you who want a bit of a challenge without doing anything too difficult or strenuous.

We'll begin in child's pose before moving into our cat/cow and tiger pose sequence. We will then go into a few standing poses and hip openers like warrior 2, triangle pose and low lunge quad stretch. No props are required!
