Welcome to part of Day 17! Now that you've stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you're ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.

Today's challenge is based around the one-word intention: CENTER

Let's find our center by practicing pranayama or breathwork. This is a pillar of yoga and a tool that can serve you in so many ways. You can either follow along with a tutorial found online (recommendations below) or you can practice on your own at home. Simple take some time to cultivate your life force through breath control.
