A guide to help you identify the birds singing during the dawn chorus in the UK for International Dawn Chorus Day. The sound of the dawn chorus can be heard in the UK between March and July. Birds begin singing and calling around an hour before sunrise and continue into the morning. During the video you'll hear a Wren, Blackbird, Song Thrush, Chaffinch, Siskin, Willow warbler and many more.

International Dawn Chorus Day celebrates one of nature's most uplifting sounds and is held annually on the first Sunday in May.
