Unspoken horror is a ,,stress-DoT" team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Bounty hunter (Grappling Mits + accuracy trinket) - deathblow dealer
2nd: Abomination (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Plague doctor (stress trinket + accuracy trinket) - DoT dealer
4th: Occultist (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer
PROS:
1) Mark synergy (Occultist + Bounty hunter)
2) Great damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) Great healing potential
6) 4 disruptors
7) 2 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) DoT is a menance
5) Disruption is a menace
Unspoken horror is a stress team, that combines also DoT and pure damage. All characters can disrupt opponent’s team, next you have 3 (self)healers and 2 deathblowers. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, such as „mix damage + DoT“, „mark team“, „double finisher“ and „full stress“. I tried both variantions of Abomination (melee beast / DoT puker), it’s better to stick with DoT variantion. And both variantions of Plague doctor (DoT / stresser), it’s better to stick with DoT variantion.
My advice: Start with Abomination for opening the riposte, next use Plague doctor for stressing / applying DoT, then Bounty hunter for disruption and lastly Occultist for stressing OR healing.
I’m dissapointed with this team. Before I started, I had great expectations, because of characters. Bounty hunter + Abomination is great combination, supported by Plague doctor and Occultist. What could possibly go wrong? Well… everything. Firstly, you don’t have great healing - 1 RNG-slot machine, 1 low ranged heal, 1 self-heal. Good advantage, that all characters can make chaos on the other side, but if opponent disrupted you instead (Abomination or Bounty hunter to the backline), you’re screwed. What’s worse… I played many matches, with 2 outcomes: The opponent was just lucky (cannot dealt final deathblow) OR on my winning side there was a fcuking TACTICAL DESYNC. Many defeats with novice-darkest players because of this. And they only played lame based team. Luckily, if you take good trinkets and make good setup, you can beat even harder opponents. Because of this I’m giving them a little better rate than worse. Still, I don’t recommend it.
