Rebel Yell is a ,,damage-stress" team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Hellion (accuracy trinket + damage trinket) - deathblow dealer
2nd: Highwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Grave robber (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - damage dealer
4th: Arbalest (damage trinket + healing trinket) - damage dealer
PROS:
1) Mark synergy (Arbalest + Highwayman / Grave robber)
2) Great damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) 2 disruptors
6) 4 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Stress is a menace
2) DoT is a menace
3) Low healing potential
Rebel Yell is a damage team that combines also stress and DoT. All characters are deathblowers (if we count Arbalest’s „Sniper shot“ on marked character), next you have 2 disruptors, 2 (self)healers and mark synergy. Sadly this team is vulnerable against stress and DoT teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, such as „mark team“, „mix damage + DoT“, „double finisher“ and „full stress“. I tried both variantions of Hellion (damager / stresser), it’s better to stick with damage variantion. For Highwayman (bandit / gunslinger), for him both variantions are actually good. And lastly Grave robber (pure damage / DoT stresser), better to stick with DoT variantion.
My advice: Firstly open the riposte with Highwayman, then use Grave robber for applying more DoT, next Hellion for dealing some damage / debuffing the frontline and lastly Arbalest for dealing some damage / healing.
I was looking for this team a long time, if you look closely, the team can make great pressure (4 deathblowers + Highwayman & Grave robber combo). Sadly… it’s not that great, unless you’re playing against easier opponents. In queue I met only novices and darkest players, nothing in middle. And the results were obvious, darkest players just obliterated me easily - specifically 3x - a darkest player with LAME based team [Immortal team], one with stress team and one with damage team. And I almost lost a match against novice player.
Don’t try the “mark team” strategy, Arbalest’s “Sniper’s mark” isn’t worth here, because you need her as damager/healer, not a marker.
Playing this was really hard, even against novices, BUT with RNGsus you can beat even harder opponents. Because of this… mid rate.
