This is the first tutorial for Custom Enchantments built around viewer submitted ideas. In this episode, I go over the basics of custom enchantment datapacks and show off the tools I use and a bit of the problem solving process.

This episode's enchantment suggestion comes from rhys_the_geese, and is a curse that does the opposite of Unbreaking.

The Bad Luck effect does not occur naturally in Minecraft, and only impacts player luck while fishing. This makes it a convenient choice for custom potion effects. The same technique of using a modified snowball can still be used without a potion to enrage mobs against other specific mobs and players.
