*RECIPE*
Chickpeas:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Pinch of salt and pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
Dressing:
1/3 cup hummus
1 tbsp lemon juice
Water to thin (1 tbsp roughly depending on how thick your hummus is)
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
Salad:
Lettuce
Tomato
Red onion
Avocado
1. Add the chickpea ingredients to a bowl and toss. Add the chickpeas to the air fryer drawer and air fry for 15 mins at 200c (alternatively bake in oven at 200c for 20-30mins)
2. In the meantime mix together the dressing ingredients and chop your salad (use as much as you desire)
3. Add everything to a bowl and pour over the dressing. Enjoy
