In my crochet tutorial today I’ll be showing you how to make this crochet tiny teddy bear applique.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colour (510) Sky Blue. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends and a pair of scissors. Sewing thread and needle to stitch the teddy together. Black embroidery thread to embroider on the eyes, nose and mouth if desired.
The finished size will be 3.5cm wide x 5.5cm high (1.5” wide x 2.25” high) for the larger tiny teddy bear, using 8 ply crochet cotton. The size of the tiny teddy bear in Catona will be 3cm wide x 4.5cm high (12.5” wide x 1.75” high). The medium tiny teddy bear will be 2cm wide x 4cm high (0.75” wide x 1.25” high) when using 4 ply crochet cotton. The small, tiny teddy bear will be 2cm wide x 2.5cm high (0.5” wide x 1” high) when using 2 ply crochet cotton.
