In my crochet tutorial today I’ll be showing you how to make this crochet Pomeranian applique.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colors (383) Ginger Gold, (179) Topaz, (404) English Tea, (110) Black and (254) Moon Rock. Crochet hooks, I used a 2.5mm hook and a 2.25mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends. A pair of scissors. Pink, cream and rust thread and needle to embroider on the tongue and markings. 2 black beads for the eyes.
The size of the Pomeranian in Catona will be 9cm wide x 11cm high (3.55” wide x 4.25” high). The medium Pomeranian will be 7cm wide x 9.5cm high (2.75” wide x 3.75” high) when using 4 ply crochet cotton. The small Pomeranian will be 5.5cm wide x 8cm high (2.25” wide x 3” high) when using 2 ply crochet cotton.
