In my crochet tutorial today I’ll be showing you how to make this crochet ambulance applique.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colours (106) Snow White, (208) Yellow Gold, (115) Hot Red, (110) Black and (074) Mercury. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends and a pair of scissors. Black thread and needle to embroider on markings. Sewing thread to stitch the ambulance together.
The finished size will be 22.5cm wide x 10.5cm high (8.75” wide x 4” high) for the larger ambulance, using 8 ply crochet cotton. The size of the ambulance in Catona will be 17cm wide x 9cm high (6.5” wide x 3.5” high). The medium ambulance will be 14.5cm wide x 7cm high (5.25” wide x 2.75” high) when using 4 ply crochet cotton. The small ambulance will be 11cm wide x 6cm high (4.25” wide x 2.25” high) when using 2 ply crochet cotton.
