In my crochet tutorial today I’ll be showing you how to make this crochet mountain applique.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colors (513) Spring Green and (515) Emerald. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends, a pair of scissors. Thread and needle to stitch the markings down.
The finished size will be 29cm wide x 8cm high (11.25” wide x 3” high) for the larger mountain, using 8 ply crochet cotton. The size of the mountain in Catona will be 24cm wide x 7.5cm high (9.5” wide x 3” high). The medium mountain will be 20cm wide x 6cm high (7.75” wide x 2.25” high) when using 4 ply crochet cotton. The small mountain will be 14cm wide x 4cm high (5.5” wide x 1.5” high) when using 2 ply crochet cotton.
