In my crochet tutorial today I'll be showing you how to make this crochet ballerina applique.

For this pattern you will need crochet cotton or wool, I used Scheepjes Maxi Sugar Rush or Maxi Sweet Treat 2 ply crochet cotton colors (105) Bridal White, (222) Tulip, (162) Black Coffee, (114) Shocking Pink and a tiny bit of (110) Black and (384) Powder Blue. A crochet hook, I used a 1mm hook. Scissors. Darning needle to weave in ends. Sewing thread and needle to stitch the ballerina together.
The finished size will be 114cm x 24cm (5.5” x 9.5”) for the larger ballerina, using 8 ply crochet cotton. The medium ballerina will be 9cm x 15cm (3.5” x 6”) when using 4 ply crochet cotton. The small ballerina will be 7.5cm x 11.5cm (3” x 4.5”) when using 2 ply crochet cotton.
