Summer Huntington creator of clubbell yoga held her first certification in Europe earlier this month. We were fortunate enough to have been given permission to film the course which took place at The Field in Marylebone, London, UK - thefieldtraining.com
Clubbell Yoga fuses the spiritual, mental and physical elements of yoga with the unique strength building benefits of the clubbell. It's brilliant as a standalone practice or an accompaniment to your usual yoga sessions.
We are certainly looking forward to practicing some moves with our new clubbells.
