In OpenTX there are timers. There are 3 flight timers, and there is the Timer logical switch. So what do you do if you want to use a timer for OpenTX programming? Well, you could use a flight timer. But if you already use those for flight logging, you only have one choice. The problem is the Timer function in the logical switches is limited to 175 seconds, which is 2 minutes and 55 seconds. So if you want to have a timer that lasts longer than that, what do you do? The answer is in this video. Using the technique in this video, you can have a timer that lasts over 17 hours, which is probably longer than the battery in the transmitter will last.
