A strange ELF cloud pattern is between the Haarp transmitter, and the target in Colorado. The Haarp was used to stop the rain in Colorado, Nebraska, and prevent it from entering Kansas. Next to the Haarp heating area, a very dry air pocket formed, to cause the storm to dry up, before bringing rain to Nebraska and Kansas. The strange Haarp ELF cloud was also shown on Nexrad radar, along with two satellites. The Haarp downburst of dry air caused the weather maps to be very messed up in the area of the falling air, since it is an artificial high pressure. Kansas has been under drought attack, by Haarp, for years, but not as badly as the Texas panhandle, or central California.
This technology is killing our planet, and every living species, by melting the Arctic Methane. This will increase greenhouse gas by 300 times in just a few decades. Please learn what is happening, and demand this technology is stopped, or re-directed to keep the Arctic frozen, and bring moderate rainfall and temperatures, within their transmitting areas.
